All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used items.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Item arrived damaged during shipping
- Wrong item was received
- Order was not delivered due to our error
Refund Request Window
Any refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Store Credit
In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund at our discretion.

Processing Time
